Hive Modular has just arrived back in the US after spending last week in Ontario, setting up a team to bring Hive Modular to Toronto. With a factory, general contractor, and real estate agent in place - Hive is excited to bring high-end modern prefab to Toronto!

Another C-Line design has been set in Calgary, AB! Check out photos of the set here and stay tuned for completed photos of the interior and exterior.
Thank you to everyone who has RSVP'd to our Customer Event and for the continued interest in Hive Modular's homes. Our customer event is full and we are no longer taking any more potential customers - however we hope to see you at our August Happy Hour coming up on the 24th!

What better way to do that than to join Hive Modular and our friends Biota Landscapes for Happy Hour! Join us on Wednesday from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at the Hive Modular Offices (211 St. Anthony Pkwy - Suite 104 - Minneapolis, MN) and swing over to Biota's space next door in Suite 102 while you're here.

In response to many requests from our fans and prospective buyers, Hive Modular will be hosting our 1st Annual Customer Event on August 4th-6th, 2011 in Minneapolis, MN. We invite you to come to Minneapolis to meet the Hive team, see built examples of our homes, and enjoy the culture and weather of a Minneapolis summer!

Monday, August 20th
Despite the success of our first summer Happy Hour event last month, the June Happy Hour (originally scheduled for Wed. the 22nd) will be cancelled. 3/4 of the Hive team will be traveling out of state for modular sets. We are happy that we are busy with more prefab homes - but are sad to have to cancel. We hope to see you at our future Happy Hours scheduled for July, August, and September!

All summer long Hive Modular will be hosting a happy hour for customers, friends, and partners. We invite you to visit with us as we transform our loading dock into an outdoor lounge.
